Definition: Admissions for extracurricular activities are defined in two (2) categories: Ticketed and Non-Ticketed.
Ticketed: Requiring a ticket, coupon or other form of control for entry (Registration is considered ticketed)
Non-Ticketed: Not requiring a ticket, coupon or other form of control for entrySummary: Ticketed events, free or fee, require that the organizing unit contact the Central Ticket Office (CTO) for general rules and guidelines of implementation, printing and use. All events requiring tickets being used whether free or fee, must utilize CTO for contracted services
Individual departments or organizations are not permitted to print their own tickets, coupons or other form of control for entry.
Cash collection at the event location for ticketing or admissions requires authorization of UCPD Special Events and the presence of a uniformed UCLA Police OfficerReference: UCLA Activity Guidelines Use of University Properties
